"Raised my rates on me. With really no good excuse. I was told my rates would go down after a year. They went up. And I had a gentleman hit my car and I tried multiple times to contact state farm. And no body answered my calls until I emailed. And even then responsibilities were put on other people as if their fault or responsibility. But they take no blame that it's your fault. And they don't care to make sure they reach you whether by phone, text, email, or mail. Its just too hard for them apparently."
